chestnuts, and bacon.


Chicken with Riesling
Oven roasted chicken breast with Riesling
 wine. Served with a potato and portabella
mushroom gratin and ratatouille.
 


Boeuf Bourguignon
Tender beef simmered to perfection with tender carrots, pearl onions, wild mushrooms and steamed potatoes.


Coffee cream brûlée with
 raspberry chocolate French macaroons

Wild Mushroom Tarts
Petite wild mushroom tarts with gruyere cheese.

 


Scallop and Tatsoi salad
Seared scallops, warm bacon on arugla and tatsoi with a honey champagne vinaigrette.



Coq au Vin
Tender chicken marinated and slow roasted in a Burgundy wine.
Roasted parsnip and celery root puree with wild rice.


Chocolate, Chocolate and more Chocoate
Chocolate raspberry cake with chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate ganach, 
white chocolate praline gelato.
